For confirmed bookings a deposit of EUR 280 (at no charge to the beneficiary) is required to be paid to Dolomitenbank Osttirol-Westkärnten HGS Gmünd (IBAN: AT 83 4073 0500 4957 0000, BIC: OVLIAT21XXX). Payment must be made within 14 days of booking, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations:
If you cancel up to 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, the deposit will be refunded minus an administration fee; from 8 weeks before arrival the deposit is forfeited in our favour. If the holiday is cancelled within the last 3 weeks prior to arrival, the stay will be charged (less EUR 15 per adult per day for food and beverages); these conditions also apply in the event of early departure. In all other respects the special conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Arrival and departure:
Rooms and holiday apartments are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:00 am on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm, please inform us in advance.
Payment:
